Amiable and wonderful people.
Perfectly clean and airy room with a very comfortable bed and with a lot of space. Magnificent location to a restaurant in the evening. Right by main attractions of Inverness and restaurants abound.

Exceptionally clean and airy unit with private bathroom. A lovely quiet area, great and incredible location really close to good restaurants, River Ness, and centre of town.

Excellent and lovely location in Inverness, just next door to restaurants and downtown, and the center of town where shopping and restaurants abound.

We have booked twin room with excellent facilities. The staff were extremely friendly, took care of us during 3 days stay. Our accommodation was set in a central location close enough to hikes near, the center of town where shopping and restaurants abound and the Caledonian Canal.

The rooms were airy and large with a workspace, good heating, rain shower, I loved that. The location of the hotel was central, so close to the river and the city centre, and the Scottish highlands.
Not obvious to find.

This hotel is an excellent value for money and offers a great service. The location is perfect - a short walk to the city centre with lots of options to eat and shop. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable en-suite facilities. The attention to detail and quality of the ingredients used for breakfast are impressive. I loved the homemade jam.
Wifi connection could have been stronger.

Central location just next door to the centre and main attractions of Inverness, city center and the Caledonian Canal, it was in a lovely quiet area. The room was new-fashioned and elegant, had smoke detectors for the safety. An electric kettle, central heating and a TV set were good.

Everything was good, however we stayed for 3 nights only. The setting was quite particularly good within easy reach of a Reformation cathedral. The hotel was located about 5 minutes walk from centre. The restaurant was nice, and the staff extremely friendly and wonderful. The service was absolutely excellent.

Location: the hotel was right by the Caledonian Canal. Comforts of queen room were fabulous - coffee and tea/coffee.
Nothing to fault.

Truly enjoyed having savoury and sensational breakfast.
The location was marvellous, a 10-15 minute walk from Inverness Museum and Art Gallery. Our spacious and airy room was equipped with the basics like an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set.

amazing stay, exceeded expectations. spotless room, comfy bed, warm welcome. breakfast delicious with fresh fruit. owners went above and beyond, allowed us to store bikes, served early breakfast for our tour. close to attractions, shops, and restaurants. James and Allison were fantastic hosts. would definitely return to Inverness.
Lacking in-room information.

The whole experience was really nice, no complains at all, would be happy to recommend. Everything was excellent, I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast had a lot of options and included cereal, pancakes, yoghourt and fruit. The room was reasonably large with spacious bathroom, ample space, for example, had a good night's sleep. The personnel was amicable and amazing.
Nothing to fault.
